Survived by siblings, Georgie, Lei "Chubby" and Randy; sons, George Kilauea and Kalapana; daughters, Puuone o Makapuu and Kapiolani; hänai daughters, Hiilani and "Mala"; nine grandchildren. Glen M. Blinde Sr., 91, of Honolulu, died Nov. 4, 2009. Born in Johnson, Neb. Retired general manager of Kodak Hawaii; World War II U.S. Army veteran. Survived by wife, Jean; sons, Glen Blinde Jr., Greg and Geof Holsinger; daughter, Beth; nine grandchildren. Committal service 11:30 a.m. Friday at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific.
