Coaches of all levels, athletic trainers and those in the fitness industry are invited to attend the Hawai'i Strength Coaches Clinic at the University of Hawai'i's Alexander Waterhouse Training Facility.

The clinic features local and national speakers and will touch upon topics such as speed and agility, nutrition, team accountability, football offseason conditioning and volleyball offseason conditioning.

The clinic is scheduled for Jan. 30, 2010, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. A networking social will be held from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Cost is $60 for early registration, $75 after Jan. 10, and includes a shirt and lunch. There is a $35 cancellation fee.

Clinic speakers include UH's Tommy Heffernan, Dr. Charles Morgan and Allen Titchenal, Texas' Donnie Maib, Oregon State's Brendon Ziegler, Doug Elisaia of Utah, and Chad Ikei of Ikei Performance.
