Flash-flood watch for all islands extended to Tuesday

The National Weather Service has issued a statewide flash-flood watch until tomorrow afternoon.
A flash-flood watch means that conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding.
The weather service says heavy showers and thunderstorms could bring the potential for flash flooding.
