Trial to determine whether solar energy firm should be declared bankrupt
A Nov. 24 trial has been set in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Honolulu to decide whether Elemental Energy LLC should be declared bankrupt.
In August A former worker and three vendors filed an involuntary bankruptcy proceeding against the company, which is the parent company of Kailua-based Sunetric. The company has responded that allegations that it failed to pay debts are baseless.
