Public's help sought in identifying theft suspect

Hawai'i County police are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect in a theft case.
The man allegedly stole a newly-issued debit card and used it at various locations in East Hawai'i, including an automated teller machine that took his picture.
The man is described as in his mid-20s to early 30s, between 5 feet 6 and 5-9, with a thin build.
Surveillance photos show him wearing a dark baseball cap and a T-shirt that says "I Have No Off Button."
