Hawai'i's Scott Junk, one of the contestants on the reality show, the Ultimate Fighter Heavyweights, talks about Wednesday's episode.

They hardly showed any of Wes Sims' hard work. He worked hard almost every day, and the days he couldn't train were due to injury. Before the fight started I told Wes use your length, don't play in the clinch with Justin Wren. Reason being Justin is a world class Greco-Roman wrestler. The clinch game for Justin is his bread and butter.

But when you're in the fight, sometimes you just do things. Justin put a body lock on Wes and just crushed him to the mat. From there Justin just schooled him. Passed his guard, mounted him, then put him to sleep with a head and arm.

Wes just underestimated Justin and paid the price. I felt bad for Wes, but at the same time I was very happy for Justin. He is an awesome person and worked hard for his victory.

Zak Jensen, what can you say about the guy? He doesn't train hard. His technique is below average, but his record is very good. I wanna fight some of the guys he fought!

Coming from Hawaii, the talent and self-pride is at a different level. I am glad I'm from the island of Oahu. My toughness was at a higher level than most of the guys on the show. I owe that to the island life. Work hard, train harder.

Many of the guys on the show didn't even have jobs, just train and sleep. I wish! A lot of the guys could afford to travel and pay for private lessons. Privileges that most local boys do not have. I wish I could fly to BJ Penn's academy to train, or even go and train with Kendall Grove out in Maui.

Hawaii has so much talent, but it is spread out through the islands. Hopefully, someday soon I can afford to go to all these camps and learn from the best fighters in the world ... Hawaii fighters!
