Maui police are investigating a possible murder-suicide in Makawao, the county said today in a news release.

Officers responding to a 911 call at 10:15 last night found the bodies of a 59-year-old man and 58-year-old woman at 310 Iini Way.
Both had been shot.
Both victims’ names are being withheld until positive identification can be verified.
An autopsy is pending.
