In a thrilling final, Kamehameha rallied to beat No. 1 Punahou and win its fifth consecutive girls Division I state high school volleyball title tonight at Stan Sheriff Center.

The scores in this New City Nissan/Hawaii High School Athletic Association championship were 22-25, 25-18, 26-28, 25-23, 15-6.
Kamehameha (20-3) beat Punahou (21-1) for the first time this season after two previous losses.
