Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services has given an AA- long-term rating to the City and County of Honolulu’s almost $120 million senior lien wastewater revenue bonds and an A+ long-term rating to its $128.7 million junior-lien wastewater revenue bonds.

Standard & Poor’s also affirmed its AA- underlying rating on Honolulu’s senior-lien bonds and its A+ long-term rating on the city’s junior lien bonds. Standard & Poor’s said the outlook is stable.
