Solomon Dixon scored on a 62-yard run with 3:17 remaining as McKinley rallied past Kailua, 23-21, in an O'ahu Interscholastic Association Red East game last night at Roosevelt.

Dixon also caught a 26-yard touchdown pass from Iosefatu Fiso in the second quarter. Fiso scored on a 1-yard run in the third quarter.

McKinley improved to 2-1 overall and 1-0 in league play, while Kailua dropped to 1-3 and 0-2.

Clinton Aina rushed 12 times for 142 yards and a touchdown for Kailua, which led 14-0 in the second quarter.
