A 17-year-old boy was arrested last night after he allegedly punched and kicked a 30-year-old man following an argument in a parking lot in Kaneohe.

Police were called to the undisclosed location and arrested the boy on suspicion of second-degree assault.
The boy and the injured man are not related but are acquaintances, police said.
