Waimea Valley will host a kanikapila — Hawaiian music jam session — from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday at the park's Pikake Pavilion.

The free session, sponsored by the Abrigo 'Ohana, welcomes musicians of all ages and skill levels to join in.

Amplification will be provided, so bring cable hookup. Sound check begins at noon.

Seating just for listeners will be available along with food and beverage. No outside food or beverage.
