KANEKO, WISE IN 10TH AT SECTIONAL QUALIFIER

Kaneko, a Sacred Hearts graduate, and Wise, a Kaua'i High graduate, shot 2-under-par 70. The leader is Australia's Tamie Durdin, at 66. Durdin won this year's Fujisankei Classic, a stop on Japan's LPGA tour.

Kamehameha graduate Mari Chun and Baldwin graduate Shayna Miyajima both shot 76 and have a share of 88th place.
Wise and Miyajima play on the Duramed Futures Tour. Chun is a recent Stanford graduate, and Kaneko played for Pepperdine her freshman year before getting hurt.
