Former Cyanotech CEO Jacobson resigns from board
Cyanotech Corp. said its former president and chief executive officer Andrew H. Jacobson resigned from its board of directors on March 31.
Jacobson was removed as president and chief executive officer on Feb. 27 by the Kailua-Kona company's board of directors. David I. Rosenthal has been appointed interim president and CEO while a search is conducted for a replacement.
