The Royal Trading Company, a general store selling wine and food, sundries, locally made gifts, apparel, books and children's items, has opened at the Royal Lahaina Resort in Ka'anapali Maui.

Take-out items are prepared daily for the 1,800-square-foot store by resort chef Bernardo Salazar. The store is open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily and offers a kama'aina club card for residents and plans a to start a Gourmet Food and Wine Club.
