Kahuku boys rally to OIA Red victory

Aaron Fernandez poured in 26 points, helping host Kalāheo rally past Kaimukī, 46-39, last night in an O'ahu Interscholastic Association Red East game.

Kalāheo, trailing 35-33 after three quarters, outscored the Bulldogs 13-4 in the final period to improve to 7-4.

Gabriel Stietzel scored 26 points to lead Kaimukī, which fell to 5-6.

'Aiea at Waipahu: Last night's game between Nā Ali'i and the host Marauders was postponed because of a basket malfunction. The game was rescheduled for tonight at Waipahu with a 5 p.m. junior varsity game, followed 30 minutes later by the varsity game.
