Kauai police today are asking for help with finding a teen runaway.

Ruby Ann Octavio was reported missing on Feb. 1 when she failed to return home from school, police said, and they believe that she may be with a 20-year-old man in the Puhi-Lihue area.

Octavio, 15, is 5 foot 3 and weighs about 130 pounds. She has brown eyes, long brown hair, a fair complexion and a medium build.

Octavio is of Portuguese descent.
