Police are asking for the public’s help in finding 69-year-old Fumihiko Okuda who was last seen Feb. 3 when he left the Big Island to travel to Oahu.

Okuda did not check into his hotel room on Oahu and has not be seen nor heard from since leaving the Big Island.
He is described as Japanese, 5 foot 8, 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
