The Board of Water Supply has canceled the request for North Shore residents to conserve water.

The water system had returned to its regular capacity by this morning following a water main break in front of Haleiwa Beach Park, BWS spokeswoman Tracy Burgo said in an e-mail.
The break occurred late Thursday. Repairs were completed Friday evening, but conservation was requested through the night.
