Martin & MacArthur opens its fifth retail showroom Friday in the Hilton Hawaiian Village, in the area located off the Tapa Tower and Rainbow Drive. Martin & MacArthur, makers and sellers of koa furnishings and other home accessories, has three stores on O'ahu.

The Waikiki store will host hands-on demonstrations of Island crafts, including feather lei making, kapa pounding, stuffed bear making and jewelry making and painting.
Company founder Jon Marketing will be on hand at the company's showroom/workshop at 1815 Kahai St. in Kalihi on Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and at the new Waikiki story from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday.
