NEW ORLEANS — The New Orleans Saints have signed fullback Zak Keasey to a 1-year contract.

A Saints spokesman tells the Associated Press Tuesday that Keasey played for the San Francisco 49ers in 2007 and 2008.

The 6-foot, 235-pounder is a Princeton graduate who also played for Washington in 2005.
