Kaiwa Restaurant to feature award-winning Japanese Wagyu beef
Kaiwa restaurant in Waikiki will feature Tochigi Wagyu beef from Japan in a menu promotion March 5-31.
Tochigi Wagyu received the honor prize in the Japan Beef Cattle Contest, presented by the Tokyo Beef Cattle Association in 2009 and has only been available in this country since 2007.
