Samadhi Hawaii will this weekend be offering free trapeze and tissu instruction at its open house at Boca Hawaii, 330 Cooke St.
No registration needed — just wear tight-fitting comfortable clothes, bring a long sleeve shirt. No jewelry, and no zippers.
Kids trapeze and tissu (silk rope) sessions are set for 1-2 p.m. and 2:30-3:30 p.m. Saturday. On Sunday, adults may try trapeze, 12:12:45 p.m.; tissu introduction, 1-2 p.m.; and tissu session, 2:30-3:30 p.m.
