Kaiser to launch 2nd phase of Moanalua expansion this spring
Kaiser Permanente said the second phase of its expansion and renovation of its Moanalua Medical Center campus will begin this spring with the complete renovation of Moanalua’s six-floor ancillary wing.
The $140 million makeover will cover 158,000 square feet of space and result in the addition of more than 80 patient beds, family waiting areas, a meditation room, advanced imaging technology, and an outdoor garden lanai for patients and staff.
In April 2008, Kaiser Permanente completed Phase I of the project with the unveiling of a new six-story, 134,000-square-foot tower.
