Caldwell reports raising $327,928 for mayoral run

Advertiser Staff

Kirk Caldwell, the city’s managing director, has raised more than $327,928 for his potential campaign for mayor.

Caldwell raised more than $263,180 in contributions through the end of the year, including a $50,000 personal loan. He also transferred some $64,497 previously raised in state House campaigns to his mayoral effort.
Caldwell has said he would run for mayor if Mayor Mufi Hannemann steps down to enter the Democratic primary for governor.
