One mauka lane of Ala Moana Boulevard is closed today as Board of Water Supply crews have confirmed a leak on a 12-inch water main on Ala Moana by Atkinson Drive.
Crews are preparing to excavate to repair the line and will need to shut a second ewa-bound lane. Only one west-bound lane will be open.

A Board of Water Supply spokeswoman said it is unknown how long repairs will take.
No customers are affected by the break, but the Board of Water Supply said once repairs begin, the Waikiki Yacht Club will be without water. The water main was originally installed in 1934.
