High-surf advisory for Hawaii's east shores

Advertiser Staff

The east-facing shores of Oahu, Kauai, Maui, Molokai and the Big Island remain under a high-surf advisory until 6 p.m. tonight.

The National Weather Service said surf heights of 5 feet to 8 feet can be expected.
The high-surf advisory could bring rip currents and beach erosion.
