Aloha Air Cargo names chief operating officer

Associated Press

HONOLULU — Patrick D. Rosa has been named chief operating officer of Aloha Air Cargo.

Rosa previously served as the company's vice president of maintenance. He has been employed with Aloha Air Cargo and its predecessor, Aloha Airlines, for more than two decades.

During his 21-year tenure with Aloha, Rosa has held various positions of increasing responsibility, from line mechanic to senior manager through director to vice president and now chief operating officer.

Headquartered in Honolulu, Aloha Air Cargo serves Oahu, Maui, Kauai and the Big Island. It became an independent operator after the closure of Aloha Airlines' passenger services in 2008.

Aloha Air Cargo is owned by Seattle-based Saltchuk Resources.
