A 36-year-old Mililani man was arrested Tuesday night after his wife told police he kidnapped, assaulted and attempted to sexually assault her.

When police arrived at the home, the wife, 34, told them her husband held her against her will while assaulting her.

Police arrested the husband on suspicion of attempted first-degree sexual assault, kidnapping, abuse of a family or household member, second-degree terroristic threatening and interfering with an attempt to make a 911 call.
