UH Wahine hoops team signs guard

Kamilah Jackson, a 6-foot guard from Oakland, Calif., has signed a national letter of intent to play for the University of Hawaii women's basketball team, the school has announced.
Jackson is the third member of the 2010-11 recruiting class signed by head coach Dana Takahara-Dias.
Jackson averaged 25 points and 17 rebounds, and was named to the California Division III all-state team. She helped her team win two Division III state championships her sophomore and junior seasons and was nominated to the McDonald's All-American Team her senior season.
As a junior Jackson averaged 16 points and 13 rebounds. She had double-double averages for three seasons.
