A wellness expo, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. today in the Aloha Tower Courtyard, will spotlight a "Keiki Health & Fitness Challenge," which includes a noncompetitive obstacle course.

My Gym-Kailua, a children's fitness center, is organizing the challenge, which comes with prizes for participating children. In addition, the event, also sponsored by the Hawaii Wellness Directory and Angels in Hawaii, offers information about topics ranging from acupuncture to yoga, and various free sessions for treatments such as a "mini-massage" and reiki and "hands-on healing."
