PHYLLIS KAUIONALANI GREENE, 53, of Waimanalo, died Feb. 6, 2001. Born in Honolulu. Kumu hula auwana and lead dancer with Na Hula O Puamana; and former Smitty’s restaurant, Kailua, manager.
