Hawaii’s four first ladies, Nancy Quinn, Jean Ariyoshi, Lynne Waihee and Vicky Cayetano, will receive the Winners at Work 2001 Palaka Award at 11:30 a.m. March 1 at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Coral Ballroom.

Sen. Daniel Inouye, D-Hawaii,is the honorary chairman of the Business As UnUsual Luncheon, at which the four women will receive the award. The award is meant to honor significant community leaders who show concern for both their task and the people they lead.

The program will include a raffle and short auction, as well as videos featuring the four awardees.

Winners at Work provides individuals with disabilities with meaningful work meant to enhance their quality of life.

Tickets are $89. Registration begins at 11 a.m. Information: 532-2100.
