REYNOLDS G. BURKLAND, 90, of Honolulu, died Feb. 16, 2001. Born in South Dakota. A retired Hawaiian Trust Co. Ltd. trust officer. HARRY HOO CHONG, 86, of Honolulu, died Feb. 14, 2001. A retired State Department of Transportation, Highways Division, inspector. Survived by husband, Benjamin "Ben"; son, Lance "Slugger"; daughter, Nola Yamada; brothers, Kenneth and Thomas De Coito; sisters, Betty Jean Phillips, Winona Tadio and Lynette Mareko; three grandchildren.
