RICHARD MAURICE FRAZIER, Richard Maurice Frazier, a longtime Big Island sugar executive and community volunteer, died Sunday at the Arcadia Retirement Residence in Honolulu. He was 91. See story.

MARIA BAYUDAN, 83, of Waipahu, died Feb. 7, 2001. Born in Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines.
