HAPPY TALK: Jack and Maydelle Cione marked their 45th anniversary Sunday at The Banyans at Pearl Harbor, where the show he directed, "Mardi Gras Follies," also logged a milestone - its 15th with Cione as artistic director. The evening also recognized Ciones 20th anniversary of his "retirement," which, in his case, means when he got out of the club biz. RANDOM NOTES: Robert Cazimero opens a solo piano gig (playing Mondays and Tuesdays, till further notice) at Chais Island Bistro at Aloha Tower Marketplace. The entertainment community, like the restaurant fraternity, has been stunned by the Chai Chaowasaree immigration case, but the beat goes on at the club. Chai earlier bought a new piano for Cazimero, who is replacing the Makaha Sons (see below) and Glenn Medeiros, who wound up his Tuesday gig last week.
