Chefs Shigeto Yagi and Takayuki Matusmoto of Tokyo Tokyo, a new restaurant at the Kahala Mandarin Oriental, conduct a cooking demonstration at noon at Liberty House Ala Moana. Bara rice sushi and ebi shingo (shrimp fishcake) will be featured.
