Bring Your Own Wine to a six- course dinner at 6:30 p.m. at 3660 on the Rise restaurant. Match wines from your own collection to chef Russell Siu’s menu: scallop and rock shrimp sausage with herb nage; olive crusted Chilean sea bass with oven-roasted tomato and truffle oil drizzle; grilled breast of duck "pot au feu"; roast lamb with crispy herb filo crust and red wine sauce, and crepes suzette. $50 per person plus tax and tip. 732-1177.
