Ho'aikane re-issues CD of live performances
Hoaikane was one of Hawaii's seminal Jawaiian acts, quick to adopt reggae rhythms and apply that genre's contagious moods to the Island experience. This new release, the group's 10th, was recorded nine years ago over two sessions at Fast Eddie's nightclub in Kailua.

Looks like poi is becoming the next li hing craze in the snack food world. With poi biscotti, bagels, English muffins, breads, rolls and even kiwi, coconut and banana flavored poi to squeeze from a bag, there seems to be a whole lot of poi products being produced.
