Tickets go on sale today for Thursday’s Women’s National Invitation Tournament basketball game between the University of Hawai‘i and Santa Clara at the Stan Sheriff Center. Tip-off is 7 p.m.
The Stan Sheriff ticket office will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Tickets are $9 for adults, $6 for senior citizens and $5 for students. Tickets may also be purchased through Ticket Plus by calling 526-4400. Convenience fees may apply. All seats are general admission.
The Wahine lost to Texas Christian in the Western Athletic Conference Tournament title game Saturday and did not receive an at-large berth to the NCAA Tournament despite a 23-7 record .
Santa Clara (20-7) finished second in the West Coast Conference.
The winner of the UH-Santa Clara game will play the Oregon State-Brigham Young winner in the second round at a site to be determined.
