• Jana Hall, the new executive director of the Kapiolani Health Research Institute, previously was executive director of Kapiolani Health's genetics program. Because of a clerical error, her previous title was incorrect yesterday in a listing in the Business section.

• Hiroko Teruya, who recently reunited with her three children, has no stepchildren. Because of a reporter's error, the wrong information appeared in a story posted Sunday.
