GEORGE LOWELL TODD, a retired Marine who previously lived in Waipahu, died Nov. 1 at his retirement home in Bridgeton, Mo. He was 74. See story.

HENRY M. MORGAN, 76, of Lincoln, Mass., former dean of Boston University's School of Management, and member of a well-known kama'aina family, died Nov. 2, 2001. He is the brother of Honolulu's James F. "Bud" Morgan Jr., former Contemporary Museum board of trustees president. Henry Morgan was born in Honolulu and graduated from Punahou School. Before joining Boston University, Morgan was a lecturer at Harvard University, Graduate School of Business Administration; director of human relations at Polaroid Corp.; treasurer of the New England Television Corp., and president of KLH Research and Development Corp. He also served on the board of directors for Cambridge Trust Co., Ben & Jerry's ice cream, Vermont, and other organizations. He is survived by wife, Gwen; daughters, Ellen, Louise, Amanda and Laura; sons, Henry and Edward; 16 grandchildren; brother, James "Bud" Jr.; and sisters, Annis Day and Laura Morris. WILLIAM KALAEMAKANI AHIA JR., 86, of Hilo, Hawai'i, formerly of Na'alehu, Hawai'i, died Oct. 29, 2001. Born in Pahoa, Hawai'i. A member of the Ka'u Hawaiian Civic Club. Survived by sons, William III, Sam, Alfred and Robert; brother, James; sister, Helen Walrath; 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
