• A reception at The Exhibit Space for "Nalu: Forty Years of Big Wave Boards" will be held from 2:30 to 4 p.m. tomorrow. An incorrect date was given in an Island Life story posted yesterday because of a reporter's error.

• Anela Kauhaihao, 3, and her sister were killed Monday when they were hit by a truck that rolled down a driveway on the Big Island. Anela's name was misspelled in a Local News story posted yesterday because of incorrect information from a news source.

• Kahuku.org, an online school retail store, is selling discounted tickets for the Hawai'i High School Athletic Association First Hawaiian Football Classic, Sept. 21. An incorrect name for the event was listed in Friday's O'ahu briefs because of a source error.
