• The U.S. Marines' training site in Waikane Valley is six miles north of Kane'ohe. Information in a Local News story posted yesterday was not clear yesterday because of an editor's error.

• The 211 telephone hot line is operated by Aloha United Way. An editorial posted on Thursday contained incorrect information because of an editorial writer's error. The hot line will refer callers to 1,700 agencies that offer 4,000 services. A Local News story posted on Wednesday contained incorrect information because of an error by a reporter. The Thursday editorial repeated the error.
