• Joyce Allen was quoted in a Local News story posted yesterday on the status of a contract for autism services for the Department of Education. Her name was incorrect because of a reporter's error.

• The Internal Revenue Service's Hilo office has a new phone number for taxpayers who want to schedule meetings to address tax problems — 933-6983. A Local News story posted on Friday had an incorrect phone number because of a source error.
