• Jim Rizzuto has been honored by the Outdoor Writers Association of America for his writing on sports fishing in Hawai'i. Due to a reporter's error, an incorrect name appeared in an Island Life story posted Sunday.

• The city Department of Emergency Services has spent $1,805,235 on overtime this year, or $290,396 more than the $1,514,839 overtime in its budget. A Local News story posted yesterday had a different figure for budgeted overtime because of a reporter's error.

• The dachshund Shumai who won the PetWalk costume contest Sunday is from Makakilo. Because of a reporter's error, a Local News story posted yesterday had the wrong hometown.
