JULIAN OCAVA DeGUZMAN, 80, of Wai'anae, died Sept. 14, 2002. Born in Bacoor, Cavite, Philippines. Retired U.S. Navy senior chief. The Rev. TAMAKO MATSUOKA, 95, of Honolulu, died Sept. 14, 2002. Born in Yamaguchi-Ken, Japan. A Zaoji Betsuin minister.
