• Elena Carvalho, the 11-year-old girl who was reported missing in August, was found Feb. 5 after she went to a family member's house in 'Ewa Beach. Her mother, 28, was arrested Friday on an outstanding Family Court warrant. Because of a source error, a Police Beat item posted Tuesday included incorrect information.

• Aloha Airlines is not part of the Civil Reserve Air Fleet. A Business story posted yesterday contained incorrect information because of a source error.

• Tommy Jenkins was arraigned in District Court Tuesday on charges of attempted murder and reckless endangering. The man he is accused of arguing with and firing a gun at was not a tourist and was not driving a van. Police said a bullet believed to have come from Jenkins' gun struck a van driven by a tourist. A Police Beat item posted yesterday contained incorrect information because of an editor's error.
