• Sheilah Anderson has received the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill's annual Jean Butler Chapin for Support, Education and Advocacy award. Her name was misspelled in a Local News item posted Sunday because of a source error.
• Because of a page designer's error, the wrong photo was used with a Sports story posted yesterday about golfer Rocco Mediate. He is shown at right.

• Ji Doo Lee is consul general in Hawai'i for the Republic of Korea. His title was incorrect in a Local News story posted yesterday because of a reporter's error.
