Corrections

• A median price is the price at which half the sales were higher and half lower. A Business story posted on Wednesday gave an incorrect definition.

• Hawaiian Electric Industries Charitable Foundation donated $20,000 to two American Cancer Society programs, $17,500 for Camp Ikaika and $2,500 for Central Maui Relay for Life. A Local News story and headline posted on May 28 gave an incorrect amount.

• Christine "Kini" Gora, a ninth-grader at Halau Lokahi Public Charter School, did not pass enough courses to be promoted to the 10th grade in public school. She is now passing all her classes at the charter school. A Local News story posted yesterday was incorrect.

• The Department of Transportation may send complaints from TheCab about the proposed new permit process for the taxi management concession at Honolulu International Airport to the state attorney general's office for examination. A Local News story posted yesterday incorrectly said the department might send over complaints from another entity.
